    If you'd like us to change your email address or your account password, please hit "reply" to any past email you received from us and note your changes in your reply. Or you can contact us at CustomerService@SubscriptionSiteInsider.com.

    If you'd like to change your Member profile, you have that power in your hands already! The only thing you can't do yourself is change your first and last name. If that's an issue due to legal name changes, please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to make the change for you.

    If your staff has changed, and you'd like to replace one executive's account with a different person, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the old account and make sure you are no longer charged a monthly fee for it. Then, we'll open a brand new account for your new staffer!

    If you see a factual error in any part of our site about your company or your brand, we'd be happy to make editorial corrections. Please submit a form here so we can be sure it's taken care of: Contact Us

We'll make sure you get a refund right away.

    A 25-year business media veteran, Holland has specialized in paid content and subscription services for her entire career. Perhaps best-known as the founder of MarketingSherpa (a multimillion dollar subscription site for corporate America which she sold in 2007), Holland also founded the annual Selling Subscriptions to Online Content Summits which ran in New York City from 2001-2008.

    Her past experience includes leading R&D teams for some of the earliest B2B subscription sites on the Internet in 1995. She also served as an online consultant for publishers including The Economist and eSchoolNews, and as a subscription marketing executive for dozens of publications including min Media Industry Newsletter, Satellite News, Jane's Defence Weekly and The Oil Daily.
